So, How Many Calories are you Drinking?

It is easy to grab a specialty coffee drink on the go, but take the time to stop and check out the nutritional content of that drink. It is possible to find almost any drink’s nutritional value by visiting the business’s website or by doing a simple Google search. Whether it’s McDonald’s or Caribou Coffee, I was easily able to find the nutritional value of everything on their menu.

However, when it doubt, keep it simple. Order a plain cup of black coffee, which literally contains almost zero calories. If needed, add a little skim milk and cinnamon for a low calorie, low sugar, and fat-free option.
