My Orange Theory Fitness Experience

I have been attending Orange Theory Fitness on a regular basis for over a year now and I have to say this is one of the most challenging and effective workouts I have ever tried. Since the workout is heart rate based you are constantly challenging your own body. This is one of my favorite things about the workout, because it never gets easier. Meaning, you get in better shape, but as a result, you need to push yourself even harder to hit your zones. Things I love about the workout: Heart rate based ­- Even when I think I am pushing myself hard, my heart rate lets me know if I can/should push even harder.
